Denise’s Healing Journey does not meet any of these conditions and is therefore exempt. We do not sell data and therefore are not required to have a “Do Not Sell” link. We continually monitor this law, and others like it including Nevada law, for developments and changing legal interpretations, and will update our consumer notices accordingly.

We only work with Processing partners who are able to ensure an adequate level of protection to your Personal Data. We disclose your Personal Data to third parties or public officials when we are legally obliged to do so.
